Bethany Hohman is an Artist and Educator who works with students to boost their confidence. She is trained to work with all fine arts mediums, and is also working on her digital arts proficiency.
Bethany graduated from Purdue University with a BA in Fine Arts, Art Education, and a minor in Art History. She has 3 years classroom experience in Arts Education. She has held a number of workshops through her home county of Tippecanoe, Indiana- where she taught students through the Tippecanoe Arts Federation. She has also participated in multiple group art shows, gallery walks, and has even put up public murals in Small Spaces and Alleypalooza in Lafayette, IN. She moved to Madison, WI in 2018 and has been working with the PMA since January 2019.
Bethany believes that it is essential as an educator to find what students are passionate about so that they may become more immersed in their experiences. She is receptive to students’ methods of expressing themselves so that she may assist students with creating their own unique concepts within a work of art.
