The Musikgarten Difference...

Family Music – Ages 1 – 3      

Children explore and delight in the sounds around them. Through guided movement activities, chant, song, dance, and instrument play, children discover the joys of making music. Children learn to express themselves freely through music, developing further musical aptitude and focused listening.

Tuesdays 9:00am or 6:15pm – Each class is 30 minutes with participating parent/caregiver. Sessions are 10 weeks.

Fall Session (Sept. 15) – Sing with Me
Winter Session (Jan. 5) – Dance with Me
Spring Session (Apr. 5) – Play with Me
Summer Session – TBA

Music Makers At Home in the World – Ages 4-5   

Part 1 of a sequential series of music classes, Music Makers provides young children with the foundation for continued musical learning. This class helps children establish reading skills, ear training and rhythmic skills, pattern recognition, and coordinated movement and song. Dramatic folk tales, learning the orchestral instruments, and budding independence make this class a delightful musical experience!

Wednesdays 3:00pm – Each class is one hour with parents/caregivers participating in the last 10 minutes of class. This year-long class begins September 16th and run through May.

Prerequisite of Wind Dancers or Sun Catchers preferred prior to enrolling in this class.
